The T.R.B™ System wasn’t born in a boardroom or brainstorm. It was born in the tension between burnout and brilliance. It’s the result of lived experience — mine and countless others — who have led, built, and performed their way to success, only to realize they were slowly disappearing in the process.

Before I became a transformation partner, branding strategist, or someone known for helping women lead with emotional intelligence, I started in a completely different world: the military. Camo boots, rigid routines, and the type of discipline that teaches you to survive — but not necessarily thrive. That world gave me structure, but not softness. Rank, but not resonance.

After transitioning from the military, I earned a degree in psychology, searching for answers about human behavior, starting with my own. I pivoted into marcomms and branding, helping companies find their voice while still struggling to claim my own. I knew how to write the words that sold, but not always the ones that healed.

And even with all the tools, the titles, and the training, I still burned out. I still felt like I was building brands that didn’t reflect my truth — or anyone else’s for that matter. I watched women lead bravely in systems that dimmed their light. That’s when I realized: we don’t need another blueprint. We need permission to build something entirely new.

So I created it.
